Kids Yoga

A 5 week introduction to yoga for children. In this course Grace will cover an introduction to not only the poses of yoga but also some foundations of social and emotional learning. Children will learn breathwork, the ethics of being a little yogi, building their concentration, an intro to meditation and mindfulness. All, of course, in a fun, engaging, and kid-focused way. Workshops will include crafts songs introductions to tools and props used in yoga...and of course silliness, fun, and laughs. Parents are welcome to drop their children off or wait in our waiting area. If you are unable to attend all five classes you have the option to drop in. $15/per class or $60/ 5 class bundle.
