About the event
This class will begin with a centering meditation before moving into supportiveposes. During this restorative practice the poses will focus on comfort through the use of props. As you arrive in each pose, you will use a combination of blankets, blocks and bolsters. Restorative yoga facilities relaxation and stress reduction. Beginners welcome. Non-heated.
