Vinyasa & Vision Board Workshop

Welcome 2023 with a crystal clear view of your intentions for the new year.

This workshop will combine a vinyasa practice with a creative art workshop focused on making vision boards for 2023. Vision Boards are a powerful tool to get clear on your goals for the year ahead.

This workshop will begin with a 60 minute vinyasa practice (non-heated) that is open to all levels. Moving to our breath, giving us time to pause, listen, and find clarity.

For the vision board, we will use the art-making technique of collage with magazine clippings, words, symbols, etc.  If you have any photos you may want to include or any old magazines to share, please feel free to bring them!

Cost includes vision board creation materials.
