We are looking forward to welcoming you to our yoga community!
If you're new to the studio the first thing you'll want to do is create a MindBody account.
MindBody is our booking platform and it is how you will register for classes.
You can download the app here.
Once you have created your account, you will be able to purchase your new student introductory offer, view our schedule, and book your first class.
Please note, our new student intro offer is only available upon your first visit to the studio.

For your first class, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you around and have you fill out a waiver. If you have any injuries or conditions that may impact your practice be sure to inform the instructor so that they may guide you through modifications.
Always remember, this is your practice. We encourage our students to listen to their body and take things at their own pace. We are all at different levels so be sure to honor yourself where you're at.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I bring to class?
A yoga mat and a water bottle. We have spare mats available if you need to borrow one as well as props we may use during class. We have small cubbies in the lobby for personal belongings.
What should I wear?
Heated classes: You will sweat in class! Athletic clothing is recommended.
Unheated classes: Wear clothing you are comfortable moving in. Layers are a great idea so that you have options as your body warms up during class.
What are good classes for beginners?
If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with a non-heated class such as Candlelit Yin and Oils, Rooted Slow Flow, or Mindful Movement. We do welcome beginners to all of our classes but note that the hot power flow classes will be more intense.
Where should I park?
We are located in a plaza that has plenty of free parking.
