Studio Etiquette

  • Doors will open 15 minutes before class starts. If it is your first time at the studio, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to get signed in and set up.


  • As we unwind the mind, we UNPLUG! Please, no phones in the studio space. Be sure to turn them off, or silence them before putting them away to avoid disruptions during class. 


  • Yoga is practiced barefoot. Be sure to remove your shoes and socks before entering the studio space.


  • Let the instructor know about any pain or injuries you have prior to class. If it is your first yoga class

  •  Please be intentional when walking into the studio space. Gossip, complaining, and negativity are best left at the door.
