AcroYoga

Acroyoga is a combination of yoga, acrobatics, Thai massage, and dance! Two, three, or even a group of people lean on, climb on, and are propped up by other people's bodies to create shapes, build connection, and practice trust. It's breathing and focusing. It's playing and laughing. It's new and exhilarating! Come try!

No previous yoga experience is necessary -- only an open mind. Come alone or bring someone; we will group up in the room for practice and safety.
