Candlelit Restorative Yoga

Join Lynne for a sensory slowdown. In this relaxing class we will slow down and hold asanas (yoga poses) for a longer duration of time using the support of props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. This offering is wonderful for all levels.
