Mommy & Me Yoga

This pop-up class will be a playful and imaginative exploration of movement as well as introducing techniques to calm the body and the very early stages of building tools for regulating feelings. Class will include opening singing bowl (sound therapy), glitter jar welcomes, and stillness. Breathing body movement with yoga, yoga games, an activity to share with one another and a short meditation.

Any family member or caregiver is welcome to this event!

Cost: $25 (includes caregiver + child), $5 for any additional person.
