I'VE NEVER BEEN TO A YOGA CLASS....
Welcome! We know it can be hard sometimes getting to your very first yoga class. We are honored to walk with you on your yoga journey! We welcome beginners to all of our classes. Be sure to let the instructor know that it is your first class and they will give you proper instruction and modifications. You can find descriptions of our classes here. DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We do sell gift cards! Our gift cards can be purchased on MindBody, in studio, or over the phone. If you have any questions or need assistance contact us at email@example.com
IS EVERY CLASS HEATED?
No. We offer both heated and non-heated options.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch easily. Shoes and socks are not worn in class.
DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER FOR CLASSES?
Please bring a yoga mat, and a bottle of water. We have spare mats if you need one.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS?
Classes are held on a regular basis every month. They may be taken on a drop-in basis and are included in monthly memberships. Our workshops run in sessions or on a one-time basis and are not included in memberships. Workshops generally focus on more specific themes.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEN A CLASS PASS AND A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?
A class package allows for one to attend a fixed number of classes within a specific time-frame. Unlimited packages allow for the practitioner to take as many classes as desired within a specific time-frame. For those planning to take 1 or more classes per week, the Unlimited packages are recommended.
WHY DO THE CLASS PASSES EXPIRE?
Simply put, the more consistently you do yoga, the more effective the practice becomes. A little extra incentive to practice regularly helps you, and it helps your studio keep classes available on the schedule.
Please note that pass expirations cannot be extended. We hope you'll have plenty of chances to enjoy your classes within the allotted time. Our students' regular practice is what keeps our studio afloat and our community vibrant.

Although it isn't required, we highly recommend pre-registering for class ahead of time through MindBody. In the event a class reaches maximum capacity, students may be turned away that aren't pre-registered. The best way to guarantee your spot in class is to book in advance.
